Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Standard Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once payment has been received and verification has been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders are shipped by FMRGOLD, at our sole discretion, by either U.S. Mail, UPS, Federal Express or any other common carrier selected by FMRGOLD. Each shipment will be fully insured and as such may take between five (5) and ten (10) business days to ship. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
Standard: Will arrive in 3-5 business days after processing and shipping
Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping
Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping

For orders shipped directly to the customer, a signature is required for the delivery.
