An agreement for FMRGOLD to sell precious metals and other merchandise to You is made when You place, and we accept Your order. Your accepted order price is calculated and locked-in at checkout. The description of precious metals, merchandise, price, and applicable tax are agreed on between You and FMRGOLD when an order is placed, and we have issued a sales order confirmation. You are responsible for the charges for handling, packaging, freight, and insurance of Your order as reflected in the order summary provided upon checkout. If You default in any payment policy of this agreement, we may cancel Your order and You may be bound by provisions of the Market Loss Policy. Only a FMRGOLD service department representative is authorized to approve cancelation of an order and issue a final cancellation number for any order.
