Placement of an order by You and an order confirmation number issued by FMRGOLD accepting Your order is a binding agreement. Once an order is placed and a confirmation number is issued You are responsible for all loss in value incurred by FMRGOLD during the cancellation or return process. Any market gains during the cancellation or return process will remain the property of FMRGOLD.
If You default in Your obligations for any order, we may cancel Your current, pending, and future orders. If any of Your orders are cancelled due to a default, you have accepted responsibility and liability to FMRGOLD for any market loss, plus a $50 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) restocking fee. You must also pay to FMRGOLD all fees and costs associated with FMRGOLD efforts in collecting from You.
All existing and future orders will be subject to cancelation or held for shipment at the sole discretion of FMRGOLD until all outstanding market loss and cancellation fee balances have been paid in full.
