2021 Peace Silver Dollar
The 2021 Peace Silver Dollar honors the original design by sculptor Anthony de Francisci. Struck in the same .858 troy ounces of 99.9% pure silver, the obverse shows Lady Liberty wearing a crown of rays inspired by the Statue of Liberty, modeled after de Francisci’s wife. The reverse depicts a resting eagle holding an olive branch with the word “PEACE” below. This design has been brought back in its original glory, capturing the essence of the 1921 coin.
